OJ

I was just watching the OJ Simpson sentencing and I am glad that he got 7 1/2 minimum in the slammer. I have to admit that, looking at the sad shell of a person, made me feel sad. I know that the facts of his murder trial were legally irrelevant to this case, but he finally got some of what he deserved and he knows it. The thing about arrogant serial criminals is that they may win a few skirmishes, but they almost always lose the war. They just can't change who they are. UPDATE: Authorities are now saying it's a minimum of nine years for the Juice. Even better. Things in this blog represented to be fact, may or may not actually be true. The writer is frequently wrong, sometimes just full of it, but always judgmental and cranky

Thanks to that murderer I had to stop calling my orange juice OJ and that made me angry.

Interesting thoughts there. I don't know if I agree with you on the 'can't change' bit, but I am glad OJ is going away for a while.

He does look like a sad shell of a person doesn't he. He still didn't sound very sorry even as he apologized, except for himself. That made me sad. I felt bad for Nicole's family.

Psychopaths have no feelings. Don't feel bad for him.

"They just can't change who they are."

This fact is the only thing that ever gave me hope that he would one day get what was coming to him.

I watched a movie recently -- "Airplane," maybe? -- with OJ in it, and it was hard to believe it was the same person.

I read "In Cold Blood" and I know I was being manipulated, but it did make me see things in a new light.
